The teaching building, academic exchange center and dormitory building, constructed by Yantai Jinhai Building Engineering Co., Ltd, total to 58 000 m2 of floor area. The teaching building project gained Shandong Building Engineering Excellent Structure      

2015 and Shandong Building Construction Excellent Site in Safe and Civilized Standardization. The Academic Exchange Center project won Shandong Building Engineering Excellent Structure 2017 and Shandong Building Construction Excellent Site in Safe and Civilized Standardization.
